How we collect clinic data.

Inclusion criteria

We start with clinics that report cycles to the CDC's National ART Surveillance System (NASS) and SART. We prioritize clinics that publish outcomes transparently, accept a meaningful range of insurance, and have at least one full year of operating data. Newer clinics may be added when there is verifiable practitioner history.

Outcomes data

Live birth rates per cycle started and per embryo transfer come from the most recent CDC ART surveillance year available. We always show the data year so you can judge recency. Rates are stratified by patient age band — clinic averages can be misleading if you don't account for the patient mix.

Outcomes are population statistics. Your individual chance depends on diagnosis, age, prior cycles, and many factors no website can predict. Always discuss your case with a board-certified REI.

Insurance & services

Insurance carriers and service offerings are pulled from clinic websites and verified quarterly. Listed carriers don't always cover every product line — confirm your specific plan with the clinic and your insurer. Use our free coverage check tool to read your actual plan documents.

Reviews & contact info

Patient ratings, addresses, hours, and phone numbers are pulled from Google's local listings and refreshed weekly. We surface ratings as a directional signal — read the underlying reviews on Google for context. Reviews are about a moment in time and don't replace a consult.

What we don't do
